Next up for me convention wise is London Film and Comic Con (LFCC). Its one of my favourite events of the year and I have gone to nearly ever one since it first started.
For the first time in a long while I will be teaming up with another cosplayer for a duo entry. I've mainly either entered on my own or teamed up with my brother (which was a while ago). I've never teamed up with an anime/manga costume so this is very exciting. I'll be teaming up with a very good friend of mine as already mentioned in an earlier journal. She has now joined deviant art. You can visit her here ~Wyrsister . She is an amazing cosplayer and to get to cosplay with her is a dream come true. I've always admired her costumes and her dedication to them. Her Loki is one of the best I have ever seen.
One thing that happened at Kitacon 4 was quite a few people coming up to me and asking when I'll be cosplaying as Sephiroth again. As it turns out they love the costume and would love to see him return. I do miss cosplaying as him even through the armour is uncomfortable. So I will be bringing him back later this year or early next year. Not 100% sure which version yet. I am hugely flattered that people would love to see the costume again. Its very rare that I get asked stuff like that so thank you ever so much.
Costume plans have changed for the remainder of the year due to life stuff and art work. Update on that to come very soon.
Sadly I won't be at May Expo but I hope that all those that are will have an excellent time. I look forward to seeing all the photos.
Opps!
After confirming it with my family it appears I have the date wrong of when I started costuming. I thought I started when I was 18. I didn't, I started when I was 16. So I have in fact missed my 20th anniversary of cosplay XD. I'm now in my 22nd year of costuming. I was going to do a big collage of all my cosplays. Not sure if its worth doing now XD XD. Oh well, back on with my current project

*Edit* Just found out that one of my favourite shows has been cancelled. Really bummed about this. In tribute to that awesome show here is one of my favorite ever costume photos.
